The Kowalewski Residence in New York by Belmont Freeman Architects isn’t a brand new project, but I really like the combination of materials used. I don’t often like stucco houses, but this one in particular is nicely done.

The Bernal Heights residence by SB Architects is located in San Francisco, CA. It is a more contemporary approach to a housing solution but manages to translate the needs of a family into a comprehensive layout

K2S Architects, Ltd. – El Sauna Sirola se localiza en un sitio estrecho entre un lago de costas rocosas y una carretera de grava. El diseño en forma de V crea un frente orientado hacia el lago, resguardado y soleado, y otro en la parte de atrás hacia la carretera protegido por un muro.

CG Architects – Una casa realizada con contenedores de embarque. Dos contenedores abajo donde se encuentran las áreas de día y sobre éstos, otros dos contenedores formando un voladizo, donde se alojan los dormitorios.
